3. Read application and enter information carefully.
4. OPTION A. Bring the application page to Sziro Jewelry along with 2 forms of identification, you keep the rest for you records.
Primary ID must have a picture of applicant, current address, and signature, such as drivers license or state issued ID card.
Secondary ID must be a credit card or check/debit card in applicants name.
OPTION B. Mail the application page to Sziro Jewelry along with a color copy of picture ID like OPTION A.
Also include an actual phone bill with the phone number and address matching the ones used on the application, no photocopies of phone bill acceptable.
Only include the top page of the phone bill; we will cross reference the name, address, and phone numbers used on the application.
5. Sales staff will electronically enter in your information and notify you of approval by phone or email.
You can shop immediately at the store in Coral Springs or enter in your account information on the payment page of checkout and shop online.
Select Sziro Credit Card and enter your information.
Shipping address must match the address you entered on the application.
Sziro retains the original application address and phone number information to reference online orders.
4. Sziro Jewelry reserves the right to reject any application or order for any reason.
Expect Sziro's to contact the online purchaser by phone and or email prior to processing and shipping the order.
All of these precautions are made in order to protect you, the consumer, and Sziro Jewelry.
6. Your Sziro card credit will be mailed to you within 4 weeks. You do not have to wait for the physical card to start shopping.
