Sziro.com will not share any information about its visitors and customers.  Names, mailing addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, billing information and everything else will remain confidential to Sziro.com and Sziro Jewelry Designs Inc.  This site uses cookies with the sole purpose of providing an enjoyable internet experience.

Jewelry Quality & Craftsmanship

Sziro Jewelry Designs Inc. manufactures the majority of the products offered on sziro.com.  The design and jewelry team have decades of experience in their fields.  All finished items are inspected by Sziro before they leave our facilities.  The consideration taken into each piece is the same as if you were across the counter at our store.  Our silver, gold, and platinum jewelry are all stamped according to their karat: 10KT, 14KT, and 18KT gold, 925 for sterling silver, and PLAT for high quality platinum.  We only use hi-grade diamonds (regardless of size) and precious stones; detailed information on stone size and quality is available on the product descriptions.  Sziro.com only carries products from other manufacturers who share the same quality standards.

Merchandise Availability

If an item is in stock and ordered as is, the order will be processed in 1-2 business days and shipped ASAP.  For items NOT in stock please allow 2 weeks after processing is complete for the item to ship.  No item will be mailed before payment is processed. 


Methods of Payment

To begin processing your order we need payment confirmation.  You can choose to pay online via credit card; we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  We also offer the "Google Checkout" option.  Click the Google logo for more information on 'Google Checkout.'
You can also mail in your full payment in the form of a money order, bank check, certified check, or personal check.  All personal checks must clear before the merchandise is shipped.  Checks payable to: Sziro Jewelry Designs Inc. Order Shipment

Currently we ship online orders FedEx only, select among standard overnight, 2 day and 3 day shipping.  We will ship only to the credit card billing address unless additional customer information is collected by calling the customer at their billing phone number only. If sufficient verification information cannot be collected the order will be voided.  Your direct signature is required at the time of delivery. Items in stock are shipped out the same day of order according to the shipping preferences selected by the customer during checkout if payment is received by 4pm Eastern Standard Time. Payment received after 4pm will result in the order being shipped the following business day. Items not in stock may take up 2 full weeks from date of purchase to ship; most items will be ship within 3 business days. Customer will be notified via email and or phone if the item they have purchased is not in stock, and the customer will be provided with estimated ship date. If the estimated ship date is unacceptable to the customer, the customer's order will be voided at no cost to the customer. All orders are insured during shipment by Sziro Jewelry for their purchase price.

Custom Jewelry

Custom jewelry is Sziro's specialty .  Most of the Sziro designed jewelry is fully customizable.  We can use different stones, precious metal type, karat, etc. Contact us through email, or phone and our sales and design staff will work with you and your input to create the perfect piece of jewelry.

Returns & Exchanges

If within 10 business days from date of delivery you are not satisfied with your order for any reason:

1. Email info@sziro.com for a Return Authorization (RA) form. Print and complete the form. 

2. Place the completed RA form, any appraisals and or diamond certificates, and original merchandise in its original packaging.

3. Using only US Postal Service Registered Mail, insure package for the total purchase price, and request a return receipt which will provide you with shipping confirmation. 

In order to receive your refund or credit, returns must be postmarked no later than 10 business days from the date you received the merchandise.  All returns must be authorized (completed RA form), insured to purchase price, un-altered by anyone other than Sziro including engraving and ring sizing, and undamaged. Sziro is not responsible for shipping damages.  Again, all of the above criteria must be met in order to receive a refund or credit.  If we receive a package that does not meet all of the criteria above, it will be returned to sender with no refund or credit. 

4. Once we receive the merchandise, you will receive an email within 5 business days stating whether the merchandise is acceptable for refund or exchange, or that we are returning the merchandise to you because it does not follow the criteria for an acceptable return.  You will be charged for returning the shipment to you.

5. If your return is approved, reply to the email in regards to a refund or credit.  If you wish to exchange merchandise, include the details in this reply email.  If the new purchase price is greater than that of the return, include information on how you will pay for the difference.

International Orders

International orders are subject to approval to prevent fraud, and they require telephone communication not just email. Credit card purchases must have matching shipping and delivery addresses. If addresses are different, cleared payment by money order, check, or wire transfers are required. Additional time is required to clear international checks and money orders. The buyer is responsible for paying all duties and fees required to receive their merchandise. The declared amount of the merchandise cannot be changed from the purchase price.

6 percent sales tax is always included for Florida shipping addresses.
